Allow multi-word labels within Confluence

      Symptom
      You are trying to create a new label for a Confluence Space or page. Confluence does not recognize two words as being together.

      Cause
      Confluence currently does not respect a space between two words to create a multi-word label.

      Current behavior
      'My Label' will create two separate labels. 'My' and 'Label' Currently a user must include a - or _ between the two words to link them as one label.

      Requested behavior
      Encapsulating the label 'My Label' in parenthesis, should be treated as one label. i.e., 'My Label'
