Tab Freezes For New Words in Spelling and Grammar

Environment:
Browser: Chrome v42
OS: Mac OSX 10.10.3

Hi there,

I have been able to reproduce this error twice.
When attempting to learn a new a word using the Spelling and Grammar option in Chrome, the dialog appears and allows me to "Learn" the words.
It gets to a certain point (at random) while cycling through and learning the unknown words on my confluence page and then freezes.

At this point I can no longer click learn, scroll the page or do anything.
Rather frustrating when I have entered a body of text for a page and then attempt to learn these words and lose all my work.

Yes, I can choose not to learn the words and have red lines throughout my document, but it would be nice to be able to use the learn feature without a freeze.

Steps:

1. Open confluence page in chrome browser
2. Edit a created page
3. Enter a series of unknown words (invoke the red underline)
4. Open spelling and grammar
5. Learn words until one of them becomes unresponsive
6. Page frozen
