Allow Roadmap Planner rows height to be resized

Problem

When using the Roadmap Planner macro, if the name of the row is larger than the row itself (for example if the row has one bar but the name is "Requirements") the name will be shortened. See the following image:

The rows already scale in height based on the number of bars in the row.

Solution

Either allow the row height to automatically scale to the length of the name, or allow users to be able to resize the height of the row manually.
