Warning on Confluence Upgrade

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When we start the upgrade process of Confluence, there's no advice that the the instance should be shutdown in order to not have the older configuration/information being requested when the upgrade is triggered.

      With the instance up, we can face some symptoms such as the "Failing when upgrading Jvm path" message.

      This is an improvement request to have a warning or some component requesting the user to be sure that the instance is shutdown.
