      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently UserAccessor.getUserByName() uses Hibernate query cache, which can become slow to use with large Hibernate sessions. Putting this information in a separate cache should speed up this operation considerably.
