Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.
At the moment, Space Administrator is able to restrict an anonymous user on the following aspect of Confluence Space:
- Viewing
- Pages (Add/Delete)
- Blogs (Add/Delete)
- Comments (Add/Delete)
- Attachments (Add/Delete)
- Restrictions (Add/Delete)
- Mail (Delete)
- Space (Export/Admin)
Once a 'Viewing' permission is granted to anonymous user, some of the Tools (...) features can still be accessed when viewing a page. It would be a useful to have more control in Confluence Space Administration to increase the instance security and flexibility.
