Create template macro create duplicates page

Steps to replicate

1. create a space
2. Create a page named "Meeting notes" inside that space
3. On this page at the "Create from templates" Macro with the following settings:
   • Button text: Create meeting note
   • Template name: Meeting notes
4. Save the page
5. Click the button "Creating meeting note" and save the page

Observed Behavior

Another page with the name "Meeting notes (2)" is generated

Expected Behavior

Doesn't create a new index page because it should have recognizes that there is already a page called "Meeting notes" or a warning stating that there is aalready page name with meeting notes.
