      When a user view a page containing a JIRA issue macro with an issue which the user does not have enough permissions to see, the error displayed by the JIRA issue macro is:

      Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error

      The macro should display a more meaningful message indicating the problem is caused by lack of permissions so they can contact the JIRA administrator in case they need to request permissions.
