Remove a restore message from the installation.

      Problem:

      The restore page is showing the following:

      Upload and restore a site/space backup.

      This site accepts full site imports from Confluence 4.0 and later, and space imports from Confluence 5.3 and later.

      If you install Confluence 5.6.3 and you want to restore a backup, it says that you can import a XML backup from Confluence 4.0.

      But actually you can't
