Per "Do blog posts have drafts and read more options?"(https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/174446/do-blog-posts-have-drafts-and-read-more-options), users must have the ability to work up and save blog posts in a DRAFT mode before publishing the blog post. There are several use cases: A) User needs time to let blog post sit before a final edit and publish; B) User needs editorial input of others; or C) user simply needs to write content at an earlier date but publish it at a later date.
