Thanks for Newcode Macro plugin.
This is not a bug but a improve request.

Please locate Expand/Collapse link of new code macro on the left side to improve usability.

Situation / Reproduce

• A user works with wide screen (display).
• If user want to expand the code brock on the page, need to move scroll bar to find the expand link.

It's convenient, if the expand link locates on the left side, near the code title.
Or hope to toggle show / hide with double click action on the code brock's title bar.

I tried to customize confluence CSS to locate expand/collapse link on the left side, but I hope to improve this NewCode Macro itself.
