Common Pie chart gadget for Jira and Confluence.

      The Confluence Pie Chart allows JQL to be specified, but the JIRA version only allows PROJECT or FILTER to be specified.

      The Confluence version does not allow you to click on a segment and go to the JIRA Issue navigator for that portion. The JIRA one does.

      Would be good to have a common hybrid version of these two implementations such that user can use JQL and have clickable segments in confluence and Jira.
