deprecated WebDAV function not removed from Confluence

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      This is causing confusion for user's as this feature is selectable in Confluence 4.3 and still available on later version of Confluence but not selectable anymore (UI still present).

      We should removed this options if this features is not available for use in Confluence anymore.
