Provide lock when attachment is being edit

      Hi,

      We want to make sure that when we are editing an attachment and someone also tries to edit at the same time or during that via "edit in office" option then it should display a message of lock or being editing by this $user.

      Could you please update us how we can achieve this because requirements of this feature is very important.
