There's a "content by label" macro that lists pages based on how they're labelled. It would be lovely, useful (and quite possibly very easy) to do something similar, but based on pages in a space where 'username' was @mentioned.

      Please and thank you.

[CONFCLOUD-33832] Macro: Content by @mentioned user

I was searching to see if a macro for @mentioned user already existed, apparently it doesnt?  Would love to see this implemented.  It would be helpful to be able to refer back to all pages you were mentioned since the notification function only displays that event within 30 days.  After that, it's becomes difficult to find pages were you were @ if it was not a task assigned using the task macro

This is important to see where are users being mentioned and why

The functionality is currently available - look at the filters available in the macro:

I'd like this too.  I'm not sure what good it is to @mention someone if that person cannot find each and every place they've been mentioned.

As long as you're at it, what about allowing a user to find places where others are mentioned too?

I find it baffling that this is not available yet. When editing pages, the tags work great and are very intuitive. Users also get emails when they get tagged. This made me believe that tags were a lot more powerful than they really are!

Over the past few months I gathered a large amount of tags all over our organisation and I have no way to find them all now to see if there are any action points that I missed and should take care of.

I wish the stream of issues and pages with mentions could be consumed the same way as on Twitter.

            • I need an overview of pages where I'm mentioned on the page or in a comment
            • I need an overview of issues where I'm mentioned in the description or in a comment
            • I need to be able to filter the information based on status/resolution and the date of the mention and not the date where the update where I wasn't mentioned was done

Would also be nice to consume this for any user like @username.

Then elaborate and think Tweetdeck for consuming this but for any page, issue, user, mention and so on.

Also also please add "JQL" to Confluence so searching is less pathetic.

Come on Atlassian, the original comment for this was created in 2014 and this is still an issue.

My workaround is to find the "ID" of the person you want to list all mentions for under People.

            https://mortgageengine.atlassian.net/wiki/people/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Then enter the ID string in the search here: https://mortgageengine.atlassian.net/wiki/search

This will list all the mentions of that person.

Shouldnt be too difficult for Atlassian to code this...

Same here. Listing all mentions could become a single source of truth for all of our project responsibilities and todos.

Currently, it is only a short pinging that echoes into the void.
