The Page Tree macro will load indefinitely if created when using any font styles (bold, italics, underline)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Select bold, italics, or underline
      2. Create a page tree macro

      Result:
      The page tree macro shows the following, and never an actual page tree:

      Workaround:
      Delete macro and recreate without styling.
