Adjustable Related labels

      It will be nice if we can modified/adjust for amount of labels that listed on "Related Labels" panel.

      For now, it's limited to 25 labels, we would like to adjustable for the numbers that can listed inside the panel.

      Also, it can be select what to be listed inside the panel,
      for example provide options for selecting "Top listed" "Most popular" or "Random"
