Image properties not applied in preview or saving

      Inconsistent behaviour observed on multiple OnDemand instances with no errors logged in application or browser logs.

      Affects preview and saved options as shown on the attached examples.

      Once effects/properties are applied/saved, the image might revert to an older version.

      Affects Version: 5.4-OD-21-019 (not currently available in drop-down)
