It should be visible in the history of the page who added and who removed an attachment.
As another feature it would be nice if the attachment would only be removed from the page, but would still be accessible via an admin (file would not be deleted from the web server)

There are situations where you need to know who removed an attachment and you don't want to lose an important attachment because someone deleted it accidentally / with purpose.
