Include Option to Convert Global to Personal Spaces

      Feature was removed in 4.0 according to this issue

      Due to the issue with space importer turning personal spaces to global upon import, this is a much requested feature.

      This is especially needed in OnDemand because if clients have JIRA included, you cannot do a full site import.
