    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When upgrading, the installer creates a new user and chowns the home directory with permissions for that user rather than using the existing user that is already set up with permissions etc.

      Please make the installer use the existing dedicated user.
