Editor - Provide alphabet bullet list

As a user,
I want alphabet markers for bullet lists,
So that I can identify list items, but not necessarily impose order.

AC:

• A. In Editor menu bar, next to the numbered bullet list, there should be another button for alphabet bullet list.
• B. Assign hotkey, e.g., Ctrl+Shift+A ('A' for alphabet).
• C. Assign a macro char (just like '*' is used for normal list, and '#' used for numbered list).
• D. The alphabet list operates just like the numbered list, except shows uppercase alphabet chars (or provide option to choose capitalization, for the whole list). Once the list passes 'Z', start with 'AA', 'AB', etc.
