Link in TOC macro to heading with special character (like "copyright" symbol) not followed

      Version 5.3.4 - TOC makro not working with special characters (like a "copyright" symbol) in heading.

      • click on TOC link will not follow the link if "copyright" or "trademark" symbol is in the heading.

      Test case:
      ■create page, include heading containing only ascII chars
      ■add a heading with a "copyright" symbol
      ■add a TOC macro and save
      ■click on TOC macro on heading with "copyright" symbol, -> browser will not follow the link
      ■click on TOC with only ascII chars -> browser will follow the link
