Add possibility to specify macro body default value

      I have implemented a macro plugin that expects a bullet list as the macro body and converts it into a definition list (work-around for CONF-1322).

      It would be great if I could initialize the macro body with an empty bullet list by default when the user adds the macro to his/her page.
