PDF export OOMEs for deeply nested ordered lists

      The PDF export currently applies stylesheets to complex nested lists.

      E.g.

.wiki-content ol ol ol ol ol ol,
.wiki-content ol ol ol ol ol ol ol ol ol,
.wiki-content ol ol ol ol ol ol ol ol ol ol ol ol {
    list-style-type:lower-roman;
}

      I've tested the Atlassian fork, 8.4-atlassian as well as the current release, 9.0.2, of Flying Saucer against a 26 level deep structure on a 1.7.0_25-b15 64bit Oracle JVM. This will cause an OOME with a 1G heap in both cases.
