Cancel adding groups(s)/user(s) in Global/Space Permissions is not working

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Navigate to Confluence Admin > Global Permissions
      2. Click 'Edit Permissions'
      3. Add user(s)/group(s)
      4. Say you changed your mind and click 'Cancel' instead of saving the added user(s)/group(s)
      5. Result: The user(s)/group(s) is added ayway although by right clicking on 'Cancel' should not submit the request.

      This also applies to Space Permissions. Please see below screen shots for further visualization of the issue.
