      If you attempt to insert an image via a web link which is broken, the 'Insert Image' pane in the editor will give you a message if it fails to load a preview of an image, but the page itself will neither display the image nor display an error message. This can be a problem as people insert an image, the link then later breaks, and the image seems to disappear.
