When they expire and users attempt to log in to Confluence or Jira they are not redirected to the Crowd Console.

It also appears that users are not able to reset their expired passwords but have to use the "Forgot Password" link.

A problem with this is some users do not have access to their email with out crowd working since it uses Crowd for authentication.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Confluence 5.1 configured
2. Have Crowd 2.6 configured
3. Do a SSO between them
4. Create a test user in Crowd, and make sure that his password will expire by setting the Maximum Unchanged Password Days as 1 (1 day).
5. Change the time of your computer.
6. Try to login in Confluence, you'll see that it'll give us this error: Please re-enter your login details and type in the word below.
7. If you go to Crowd, you'll have a screen to reset the password.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Confluence configured to a Crowd user directory
2. Connect to crowd with admin privileges
3. Set the attribute requiresPasswordChange to true for a test user ( Example, usertest )
4. Synchronize Confluence with Crowd
5. Connect to Confluence as usertest
6. Unable to login. The following message is displayed : "Sorry, your username and/or password are incorrect. Please try again"
7. usertest need to change their password from Crowd
