👋 This is Alex, from the Senior Developer on the Confluence team. We’re excited to let you know that this feature will be rolling out shortly (within a month). Once it has been released I will share another update on this ticket.
Currently you can sort the contents of a table in the view page, but not inside the editor.
A customer requested this here on CAC.
Would love to be able to sort in editor mode and have the resulting order saved on submit. Just think, if you have an alphabetical list in a table you presently have to create it in alphabetical order and manually add rows above and below to maintain it. Otherwise you have to hope people are smart enough to sort alphabetically (or by whatever value) each time they view the page. Thanks.
