Use percentage for Confluence font size

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It's better to use something like "100%" for font sizes these days rather than pts or pixels. I think it helps keep an ideal size for all the different formats - mobile, retina displays, etc.
