Provide a content history change for the excerpt include macro

      Problem

      Currently when a page uses {excerpt-include} the content that dynamically changes from the page we are including the page history remains the same.

      Fix

      This to be fixed would required Confluence to sporadically parse the content, and then save into Confluence History the contents of that page, making it related to the time of the page and content.
