"Move" dialog triggers tsunami of unbatched email notifications

      Recently moved the ADG content from AUI on EAC to ADG (new space) on EAC.

      That means everyone who'd edited, watched, commented, walked past or thought about the content at some point in the past year got spammed without mercy.

      I am typing quickly as I run away from the angry mob.

      It would be nice to have an option to send just one email with a summary of bulk changes; or even to just pause all email for a space for an hour.

      (I'm sure this has been raised before but I couldn't find an existing issue, I guess people describe this differently)
