Add a way to easily remove the Getting Started guide on the Dashboard

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The Getting Started guide on the dashboard is added to upgraded instances, and this section is not necessarily relevant. Currently the only way to remove it is to customise the velocity template to remove that section.

      The problem with this is that it marks the global dashboard template as customised, and therefore it will not be edited with future upgrades. This can cause new features to be lost or display problems to occur.
