As a non-admin user, I want to be able to see who the space admins are for all spaces in confluence

      We have a confluence instance with over 200 spaces but also have security in place so users can't only access spaces they are granted access to. I want all users to see the list all spaces with descriptions than request access to the space. This will notify the admin via a alert in confluence and / or email.
