"Add-on Templates" are displayed in Confluence and Space Admin, but cannot be used

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      As in attached screenshots, Add-on Templates are displayed both in Confluence Admin and all Space Admin templates. They cannot be used when creating Pages though.

      Those templates should either be removed or hidden, not to cause confusion, or the use of them should be enabled.
