Export to PDF uses 18pt font for multiple macros instead of 10pt

      Using the 'Note', 'Info', 'Tip' or 'Warning' macro in a document will be rendered in a larger font (18pt) instead of expected font size (10pt). This is applicable to OnDemand instances.
      This behaviour occurs when using Confluence PDF Export 2.13
