Provide Option to Show Only Blog Title for Blog Post Macro

      Currently, blog post macro will show the profile picture of the creator, creator name and the date creation of the blog and there are no way for users to hide it.

      Users might want the page to look more neat by having the option to hide all of those information so that it will only show the "Blog Title" and the content itself.
