      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Since Confluence 4.3 it is possible to archive spaces.
      It should be possible when using the contentbylabel macro to ignore content from archived spaces with an additional parameter.
