Bulk add users to a group - add more than 10 users at time

Some users might need to do some bulk edit for the local group membership from LDAP, and group membership in general (Internal users and groups). The current method for both Delegated LDAP and LDAP with Local Groups to only add groups on first login from a user.

If they need to do bulk changes in membership, they need to delete the directory and re-add the directory again. It'll be good if there's some option to check whether they want to auto add the group on the first login or the subsequent login.

For internal users, administrator are limited to 10 users per search to do adding membership to a group in bulk.
