      JIRA behind mod_proxy on port 8080
      Confluence behind mod_proxy on port 8090

      Application link configured with:
      Application URL: http://server:8080/
      DisplayURL: https://public.address.com

      Result:

      Confluence displaying links on a Page with links as:
      http://server:8080/link/to/issue
      instead of
      https://public.address.com/link/to/issue
