Make Confluence's mail server setup more complex to allow for TLS, different ports and different protocols

      The Confluence Mail Server setup is less complex than that of JIRA's. The only way to configure a mail server with TLS for example is to create a JNDI session in Tomcat. It would be nice to have these options configurable through the front end.
