Add Confluence Mobile support for Chrome on Android

      CONF-25529 is for Android support for the default Android browser in 4.0.3 however from 4.1 Android has started switching to Chrome as the default bundled browser.

      If you vote, would appreciate you also commenting on what handset you're using which will help with testing.
