Add the ability to scroll through drop down menus in Confluence

When using plugins that add functionality to the insert menu it is easy to run out of space on the users screen. This can result in users not being able to utilize all of the features that have been added without. However, if the ability to scroll through the insert menu was added then users could have as many options as they like.

As a workaround, users can zoom out the view of their browser until the entire menu is visible but this is not always a viable option.
