      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      You need to allow the removal of users that have added content. The content is the companies. Simply allow a user to removed and then any content they created leave and assign to 'deleted user' or something of that effect.
