Badges on profiles (small tokens of appreciation)

      Automated badges like in Atlassian Answers (popular, notable etc) would be a good start.

      In addition I would suggest that Space admins should have the possibility to give badges to the space members:
      Community member of the year, best community contributor, have participated in the annual Global Talent Survey, have taken on a strategic assignment etc.
      The badges should be visible on the profile Vcard as small icons.
