      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As described in TOC-64 the TOC and Dynamic Tasklist macros to not work on the same page. This has been fixed in the Table of Contents plugin v2.5.12 which is not bundled with Confluence 4.2. Would be nice to have it bundled then.
