    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Applinks is setup by default, it seems Confluence is not passing in the currently logged in user over to JIRA.

      This issue is sporadic (sometimes can reproduce, sometimes can't).
