Note: the workaround is to merge dangling cells into the left cell.
Missing the ability to delete table cells, if we had this we could create "pyramid tables" as we could before using the rich text editor.
E.g.

(used for ½ matrixes)
Updating such a table also needs some thought because using the "insert markup" can actually create such a table, but we can't extend it to:

| 2 | 3 | ||
| 4 | 5 | 6 | |
| 7 | 8 | 9 | 0 |
Instead we have to create it from buttom.
Copy pasting table rows through "Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V", so maybe just as well as being able to delete cells, we should be able to "Split" a single cell in a single row or something, I am really now sure how the best way would be, before we just added the row with an extra cell at the end...
