      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The quick search (in the top right corner) generates different results from the full search, mainly because it searches page titles only and starts at word boundaries.

      This leads to inconsistent results between searches through quick search and full search, and means it's not possible to search page content.
