Warn administrators when daily backup fails

      If Confluence is unable to complete a daily backup for any reason (out of disk space, application error, you name it), the system administrators should get an email immediately.

      Doesn't have to be fancily formatted, I'd love a stack trace and notice "Confluence

      {base-url}

      failed daily backup".
